Course Description: This course deals with quality control and specifications in construction projects. Discussions will cover extensively the various quality control systems and procedures in construction projects. In-depth study of the CSI Master Format will be presented and their applications in real world construction projects.

• 33.3% from Prelim/Midterm/Final Exam
• 33.3% from Quizzes
• 33.4% from Group or individual paper, presentation, portfolio

Course Outcome:

1. Apply various quality control concepts and procedures in construction projects.
2. Use and apply CSI Master Format in the implementation of construction project quality control.
